As a mum of three, she has personally lived pregnancy, birth and the long road back to strength, which is exactly why mums trust her. Is it safe to train during pregnancy?

For most women with an uncomplicated pregnancy, staying active is encouraged, but it must be done correctly and with your doctor’s or midwife’s clearance. Maria adapts every session to your trimester and how you feel.

When can I start training after giving birth?

That depends on your delivery and recovery, so the green light comes from your doctor first. Once you’re cleared, Maria starts gently and rebuilds your strength gradually, with no rush.

Do you come to my home in Dubai?

Yes. Maria trains you privately in your own home anywhere in Dubai, so there’s no commute, no crowded gym and no childcare juggling.

I’m not pregnant, can I still train with Maria?

Absolutely. Maria coaches women at every stage, from strength and sculpt to dance cardio, mobility and confidence. Pre and post natal is a specialty, not a limit.
