Second step: the assessment day

A personal trainer will monitor you during the trial session, learn about your current level of fitness, and develop a plan in line with your fitness goal.

Third step: developing a fitness program

Upon agreement on the program that is ideal for you. A certified personal trainer will create a comprehensive exercise and nutrition plan tailored to your objectives. We will evaluate your overall progress weekly as we work toward enhancing your health and fitness.

The fourth step: the progression

We will use progressive overload throughout our training program. You will adapt to a new training plan every three or four weeks, each “more advanced” than the previous. This element will help you reach your fitness goal at the earliest.
