How does training at my location work?
Your trainer comes to you and trains you at home, in your building’s gym, or your office, whatever suits you. No commuting, no waiting for equipment, just focused one to one sessions.
What does an at-home personal trainer in Dubai actually do?
Your coach comes to your apartment, villa, building gym or hotel. They run a full, structured session there. Before planning anything, we look at your goal, training history and any injuries. We also look at your stress, your sleep and the equipment you have. Then we build your plan and adapt each session to what is in the room.
How much does a personal trainer in Dubai cost?
We sell 12-week programs, not single sessions, and the price depends on how often you train and where. Your trainer travelling to you is always included. We quote you on the call, with no hidden fees.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We cover selected communities rather than the entire city, so your trainer arrives on time. That includes Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, District One, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Bluewaters, Al Barari, City Walk, Emaar Beachfront, JLT, The Greens, The Springs, JVC, JVT, Al Furjan, Motor City, Dubai Sports City, DAMAC Hills, Mirdif and Al Barsha. If your building is not listed, ask on the call.
Where do you actually train me?
Wherever works best for you: your home, your building’s gym, your office, your villa, or your hotel when you travel. You don’t need a commercial gym membership.
I’m a total beginner. Is this for me?
Definitely. Most of our clients start with little or no gym experience. Sessions are private and built around your level, so there’s no intimidation and no judgement.
Is at-home personal training in Dubai worth it?
It is worth it if you are short on time, value your privacy or travel often. It also works if you have a little space and a few weights at home. It suits parents who can’t leave the house during nap time. It suits executives whose schedule changes at short notice. It suits you less if you compete in powerlifting and need a full rack. It also suits you less if you train best on a busy gym floor.
Are your trainers certified?
Yes. Our trainers are REPS UAE Level 3, NASM and IFBB certified, and we have been coaching clients across Dubai since 2017. We will tell you exactly who your coach is before you start.
How do I know if a personal trainer is legitimate?
Look for a recognised certificate, such as IFBB or REPs, and real experience. They should have a clear way to screen you, plan your training and track your progress. Ask how they handle injuries. The right answer is that they screen you first and send you to a doctor or physio when needed. Ask how they measure progress too. A vague answer with no real number is a warning sign.
Do you have female trainers?
Yes. We have certified female trainers for women who’d rather train with a woman, with full privacy at your location.
What results can I expect in 12 weeks?
Most clients lose 8 to 15kg in 12 weeks when they stay consistent. You’ll usually feel the difference within the first month: clothes fitting better, more energy and better posture.
What’s included in the program?
A training plan built for you, a food plan you can actually follow, weekly progress checks, WhatsApp support between sessions, the option to pause, and free rescheduling with 12 hours notice.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Just give us 12 hours’ notice and we’ll move your session at no charge. Life happens, and we’re flexible.
