Train With Us Personal Sport Coaching Services sells personal training packages that are paid in advance. Payments are not refundable, with one exception.
Medical exception
If you can no longer train for a medical reason, we will refund you. To ask for this refund, send us a medical report from a doctor that confirms you are not able to train. We refund the sessions you have not used, at the price per session you paid.
What is not refunded
- Sessions you have already used.
- Sessions cancelled less than 12 hours before the start time, and missed sessions. These count as used.
- Sessions left over when a package reaches the end of its validity period.
- A change of mind, or a change in your plans or schedule.
How refunds are paid
We send approved refunds within 14 days. Card payments are refunded to the same card. Your bank may take a few more working days to show it. Payments made by bank transfer or in cash are refunded by bank transfer.
Returns
We sell training services only. There are no physical products, so there is nothing to return.
