Where sessions take place
Your coach comes to you: your home, your building’s gym, or an outdoor place we agree with you in Dubai.
When sessions take place
We book every session with you in advance, at a date and time that suits you and your coach. We confirm each booking by WhatsApp or email.
Package validity
Each package must be used within its validity period, which we tell you before you buy. For example, a 12-session package is valid for 60 days.
After you pay
You receive a payment confirmation by email. Your coach then contacts you to book your first session.
