Train With Train With Us
This page describes the internal Train With Us application we use to run and measure our own marketing. It connects to Google services to operate the business’s own advertising and analytics. It has no consumer-facing features and never accesses anyone else’s Google account.
What the app does
The Train With Us application is used by the business owner and our own CRM to manage our own data. It uses three Google APIs.
Google Ads API
To monitor and manage our own Google Ads campaigns: performance reporting, keyword and budget management.
Google Analytics 4 Data API
To read our own website analytics for marketing performance reporting.
Google Ads Data Manager API
To securely upload our own offline conversions (for example, a customer who books via WhatsApp or our website form) from our CRM back to Google Ads, so we can measure which ads lead to real customers.
Who uses it
The app is for internal business use only, by the owner of Train With Us and our connected CRM. It is not offered to the public and does not onboard third-party users.
Data and privacy
The app only accesses data in our own Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Ads Data Manager accounts. We do not sell or share Google user data. Our handling of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
