A Train With Us coach training a client in Dubai

What we’re looking for.

We take on coaches across all of these. If you’re strong in more than one, say so — it’s usually what gets an application read twice.

Personal training

The core of what we do. Fat loss, strength and general fitness, in clients’ homes or at a gym.

Boxing

Pads, technique and conditioning. Popular with clients who are bored of ordinary sessions.

EMS training

Twenty-minute suit sessions. You’ll need real experience with EMS equipment, not just an interest.

Yoga

Mat work, mobility and breathing, almost always at the client’s home.

Pre & post natal

Working with expecting and new mothers, always after a doctor’s clearance.

Strength & conditioning

Athletes and sport-specific work for clients training towards something.

MMA & jiu jitsu

Striking, grappling and self defence, for beginners through to competitors.

Pilates

Mat or reformer. Often paired with our pre and post natal clients.

Who you’d be working alongside.

Every coach here runs their own thing. We just keep them busy.

What you need.

All of it, before you apply. We check early so nobody wastes their time.

  • Your own visa — residence, golden or freelance. We can’t sponsor one.
  • Your own licence or freelance permit — valid in the UAE and in your name.
  • Your own insurance — current cover for the training you deliver.
  • REPs UAE registration — plus a proper qualification: NASM, ACE, ISSA, IFBB or similar.
  • A car — most clients train at home, so you’ll be moving around Dubai.
  • Real experience — clients you’ve taken from start to result.

Before you ask.

The questions we get most. Anything else, put it in the form.

Do I keep my own clients?

Yes. You are not exclusive to us and we do not ask you to give up anything you already have. We are extra work on top of your own.

Do I need my own equipment?

For home sessions, yes — mats, bands, a set of weights. Gym clients train at their own gym, so you only need yourself.

How soon would I start?

Once the paperwork checks out and we have trained together, you go on the list for the next client whose location and goal match what you do.

Can you sponsor my visa?

No. We cannot sponsor, transfer or help with a visa in any way. You need your own before you apply.

I am qualified but not REPs registered yet. Should I apply?

Register first, then apply. It is a requirement for coaching in Dubai, not a preference of ours.

How many clients would I get?

It varies month to month and we will not pretend otherwise. That is worth an honest conversation rather than a number on a web page.

Apply.

Five minutes. We read every application properly and reply to all of them.

Every question needs an answer — only the CV is optional. Half-finished applications take longer to chase than they are worth.

What do you coach? Pick everything you’re genuinely good at.
