When Siyamak looks back, there’s a stretch of his life he doesn’t hide from: out of shape, running on fast food and stress, putting everyone else’s needs above his own. This is his story, in his words, and how it turned around in five months.

The short answer

Siyamak’s body fat had drifted to between 30 and 40 percent on a diet of convenience food and skipped workouts. After he decided to take charge and started training with coach Lazar in Dubai, he lost around 20 kg in four months, and, more importantly, rebuilt his energy, confidence, and the habits to keep it.

Where Siyamak Started

“My relationship with food, exercise, and well-being was far from perfect. Not because I deliberately neglected those areas, but because life’s distractions took precedence. I often placed other people’s needs above my own.”

Convenience won most days. Instead of balanced meals he reached for fast food and sugary snacks. Exercise was a chore rather than part of the routine, and stress quietly did its damage while self-care took a back seat.

The Drift, and the Decision

At one point he drifted right off track, and his body fat percentage settled somewhere between 30 and 40 percent. Bad habits ran the show. But it is astonishing how quickly things can change with a decision and a fresh outlook.

Training went into his schedule for good, not as punishment, but to rebuild and strengthen his body. Subtle changes showed up within a month. His energy lifted, and he felt a kind of rebirth he had not known in years. As the scale and the mirror started to move, his confidence rose with them.

Five Months, a New Body

He started paying real attention to what he ate, choosing wholesome food that fuelled his training and sped up recovery. A balanced diet alongside a structured programme changed everything. Within five months he had transformed, and the way he felt mattered most of all: strong, self-assured, and genuinely optimistic about what came next.
