From Neglect To Respect: Siyamak’s Inspiring Fitness Story
When I look back on my life and think about sharing it with you, there’s a period that comes to mind when I wasn’t, in the shape. This was a time of profound lessons, highlighting the importance of self-care.
Relationship with Well-being
Initially, my relationship with food, exercise, and overall well-being was far from perfect. Not because I deliberately neglected those areas, but life’s distractions took precedence. Consequently, I often placed other people’s needs above my own.
Convenience frequently took precedence over healthier choices when it came to nutrition. Rather than opting for balanced meals, I gravitated towards fast food and sugary snacks, overlooking the quality of my intake.
The Exercise and Health Equation
As for exercise, it was more of a chore than an integral part of my daily routine.
Health should have occupied a more prominent spot in my thoughts. Yet, amidst all the chaos, self-care activities took a back seat, and stress played havoc with my health.
Interestingly, despite facing numerous challenges, not everything about the journey was negative.
This experience acted as a catalyst, paving the way for a healthier version of myself.
My Experience From Drift To Determination
I allowed myself to drift off track at some point throughout the journey, and as a result, my body fat percentage fluctuated between 30% and 40%. During that time. Bad habits dominated my lifestyle.
But it is absolutely astonishing how things may change for the better with determination and a fresh outlook. I went through an evolution in five months.
The moment I decided to take charge of my health and well-being was the turning point. I vowed to put my body’s needs first and give it the attention it deserved.
The Turning Point
I met Coach Lazar at that point. I undoubtedly included workouts in my everyday schedule. These exercises weren’t punitive but rather aimed to strengthen and rejuvenate my body.
Subtle change started to show up after a month. My energy started to rise. I had a sense of rebirth that I hadn’t experienced in years.
My self-assurance rose as I saw improvement every day. My body fat percentage decreased at the end of the month, and even my clothing started fitting better. Increasingly obvious were the bodily alterations.
My Fitness Transformation
I started paying more attention to what I was consuming over time. I concentrated on feeding myself wholesome foods that would support my exercises and speed up my recovery. A balanced diet and workout programme really improved things.
Within five months, I underwent a significant transformation, pushing it in the direction of a healthier range. And then one day, there I was in the photo you see above.

I ‘m still not done finishing my fitness journey. I’m motivated to seize any opportunity for progress that comes my way with positivity and an open mind.
