Trial session
A personal trainer will monitor you during the trial session, learn about your current level of fitness, and develop a plan in line with your fitness goal.

DEVELOPING A FITNESS PROGRAM for you
Upon agreement on the program that is ideal for you, we will create a comprehensive exercise and nutrition plan tailored to your objectives.

gradual progression
We will use progressive overload during our training program. You will adapt to a new training plan every 3-4 weeks, each “more advanced” than the previous.
