Each session is 60 minutes at your home or community gym. We focus on quality over quantity—no wasted time, just efficient training that delivers results.

We adapt. You can switch to virtual coaching sessions while traveling, and we’ll provide custom travel workouts. When you’re back in Dubai, we resume in-person training.

No. We bring all necessary equipment to your location, or we can design workouts using what you already have.

 

You get personalized macros, meal timing recommendations, and ongoing adjustments based on your progress. No restrictive meal plans—just a framework that fits your lifestyle.

Yes. Give us 24 hours notice and reschedule without penalty. Less than 24 hours, the session counts as used (but we’ll try to catch up the same week if possible).

Most clients notice energy improvements within 2 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically show by week 4-6. Full transformation is evident by week 12 with consistent effort.

You can continue with maintenance sessions, upgrade to a new program, or transition to training independently. We’ll discuss your options as you approach week 12.

Yes. We customize training to your current fitness level, whether you’re starting from scratch or already active.
